{"id":709,"date":"2013-09-09T19:08:26","date_gmt":"2013-09-09T17:08:26","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.fairfans.dk\/?p=709"},"modified":"2022-08-21T15:51:04","modified_gmt":"2022-08-21T13:51:04","slug":"ordinaer-generalforsamling-2013","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fairfans.dk\/en\/2013\/09\/09\/ordinaer-generalforsamling-2013\/","title":{"rendered":"Ordin\u00e6r Generalforsamling 2013"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>S\u00f8ndag d. 8. september blev der afholdt ordin\u00e6r generalforsamling hos Danske Fodbold Fanklubber. \u00c5rets v\u00e6rter Br\u00f8ndby Support havde inviteret de fremm\u00f8dte en tur i &#8220;Hytten&#8221; med god forplejning, og fremvisning af hyggelige lokaler.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Programmet begyndte med en let frokost, masser af snak og de vanlige k\u00e6rlige drillerier, hvorefter der blev tid til et lille indl\u00e6g fra firmaet bag FlickBall. Herefter fortalte Lisa Kildsgaard fra AGF Fanclub om de erfaringer og id\u00e9er gruppen, der var med til Football Supporters Europes (FSE) Fankongres i Amsterdam havde med hjem, og slutteligt fortalte Tine Hundahl om sin nye rolle som bestyrelsesmedlem hos FSE, FSEs Football Fan Guide App, og turen til den internationale konference som Football Against Racism in Europe (FARE) havde arrangeret i august med fokus p\u00e5 Football vs Homophobia.<\/p>\n<p>Selve generalforsamlingen fulgte derefter i god ro og orden. Formand Rasmus Trenskow fremlagde bestyrelses beretning, der blev enstemmigt godkendt af forsamlingen. Derefter fremlagde kasserer Tine Hundahl regnskabet, der viste et lille overskud og som ogs\u00e5 blev godkendt.<\/p>\n<p>Rasmus Trenskow ridsede et par af de planer som bestyrelsen har p\u00e5 programmet for fremtiden. Heriblandt indmeldelse i Supporters Direct. En studietur til Hamborg i oktober. Fokus p\u00e5 SLO-rollen og samarbejde omkring denne, og\u00a0 fortsat fokus p\u00e5 visitering, tilskuertal og good hosting.<\/p>\n<p>Der skulle ogs\u00e5 v\u00e6lges ny bestyrelse:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Formand Rasmus Trenskow, AaB Support Club (genvalgt)<\/li>\n<li>N\u00e6stformand Helle Fahlgren, Wild Tigers (ej p\u00e5 valg)<\/li>\n<li>Bestyrelsesmedlem Henrik\u00a0 \u00d8. Andersen, AGF Fanclub (ej p\u00e5 valg)<\/li>\n<li>Bestyrelsesmedlem Brian Petersen, BK Frem Support (ny)<\/li>\n<li>Bestyrelsesmedlem Frederik Holm-J\u00f8rgensen, FCKFC (ej p\u00e5 valg)<\/li>\n<li>1. suppleant Louise Hammer Andersen, Randers FC Support (genvalg)<\/li>\n<li>2. suppleant Sarah Agerklint, Br\u00f8ndby Support (ny)<\/li>\n<li>Intern revisor Lisa Kildsgaard, AGF Fanclub (ny)<\/li>\n<li>Intern revisorsuppleant Mogens Simonsen, S\u00f8nderjyskE Support (genvalg)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Den daglige administration varetages fortsat af ekstern kasserer Tine Hundahl.<\/p>\n<p>Generalforsamlingen vedtog i \u00f8vrigt, at n\u00e6ste generalforsamlingen flyttes til vinterpausen i 2015. Regnskabs\u00e5ret kommer til at f\u00f8lge kalender\u00e5ret, og det vil v\u00e6re muligt at afvikle generalforsamlingen i forbindelse med fx DFFs Fanseminar, s\u00e5 flere har mulighed for deltagelse.<\/p>\n<p>Rasmus Trenskow afsluttede \u00e5rets generalforsamlingen med at takke John Lauridsen (S\u00f8nderjyskE Support) og Lis W Hansen (SIFosis) for deres indsats i bestyrelsen i \u00e5rets l\u00f8b, og byde velkommen til de nye bestyrelsen, og naturligvis takke de fremm\u00f8dte for en generalforsamling afviklet i god ro og orden.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a
